Mark your calendars, the Employment Equity (EE) submission portal opens 1 September 2025. This marks the start of the Employment Equity online reporting period 2025, giving designated employers in South Africa the opportunity to submit their annual EE reports to the Department of Labour EE portal.

Ensure your organisation has complied with the Act for the preceding 12 months.
Maintain a Clean Compliance Record
There should be no CCMA rulings for unfair discrimination in the past year.
